If you've had one of our representatives knock on your door offering a free inspection, you're probably wondering whether this is a legitimate, honest, offer...? Or is this some type of scam I'm about to fall victim to?

Rest assured if they are sporting the DreamHome logo and have DreamHome paperwork, they are one of your representatives that offers to the public free home inspections from storm damage. If you want to check to make sure, get the representatives name and give our office a call at 1-800-800-4018, or check your Local Branch for the local number.

Often times homeowners are completely unaware that they've experienced any storm damage that qualifies for insurance to completely replace the items in question. Without ever knowing, homeowners never think to pick up the phone and call a professional to come check out their home.

This is why we come directly to our customers and offer the free inspections. It only takes about 20 minutes for a roof inspection, a bit longer for a full exterior inspection. Once complete, the DreamHome rep. will either give your house a clean bill of health, or show you photos/video of areas of concern. If the representative thinks you may qualify for insurance coverage, they will help walk you through the steps to get the process started.
